With a panoramic view of the picturesque Radford University campus, an inviting atmosphere, plenty of parking and delicious culinary offerings, The Annex provides the perfect location for many occasions, from a simple working lunch to an elegant candlelit social and everywhere in between.
The Annex can be reserved with dinner, lunch or morning menu packages, or it can be reserved as a private meeting room.
The Annex is an entirely non-smkoing facility, suitable for family events.
Room rentals include the use of the sound sytstem with a build-in microphone, available screen suitable for projection presentations, and coffe, teand and water service.
First hour room rental is $50.00, $25.00 for the next hour, and $15.00 for each additional hour. Room fees are waived for the first two hours of a reservation with a minimum food package totalling $200.00
